Oh yes. I live near Mugello and ride it a bunch.
I like Misano as well, but I love Mugello. CASANOVA, then ARRABBIATE are my favorite! And yes, Even Rossi is scared at S.DONATO!
Last time I rode Misano - Ho un post al riguardo hahahaa. 🤣

Nice story of yours👍🏻
A chat after a good day at the track, is always a must.
Soon I will try to get the 2024 dates and I will tell you, when and where, so we could try to ride together.
BTW
Domenicali is regularly riding.
He is fast, but can improve 💪🏻

Ha funny, I had a place in Hong Kong for a few years. I kind of love Hong Kong.
I've traveled all over the northern hemisphere. I can't find a single place that's "it" for everything.
Hawaii is a dream, but it gets boring after some months of perfect comfort.
I think Italy is certainly a dream if you are able to make it one. If you are not able, no where is going to be very dreamy.
California used to be my dream. I got tired of it. It's still California.
As far as riding goes, Italy is one of the best places I've ever been. Everything is a hill. Almost every road is curvy, and the road design is incredible.
Almost all drivers started out riding bikes before getting a driver's license. There is an amazing amount of respect and skill on the road. You mostly know what you're getting. The homogeneity of driving culture has 2 flavors: it's either a "race," or there's an octogenarian in Fiat Panda going 5 under the speed limit. It's not a bad spot.
Citizenship... it's on the table, but it's better to be in a gray zone a while. Get the benefits without the obligations.

California in contrast has got every driver from everywhere and 99% of them are staring at a phone. Predictability is 0.
Bangkok is better. Total fking chaos with 10x the density and no one crashes.
Ok, Shenzhen is worse.

Spot on in every single aspect
