I ordered a CW earlier this week. I work for a dealer so my cost was under $200 with tax. I took RM4TWO's advice and also purchased the plate holder from Corse Dynamics. This way I can use the stock tail light and brake/marker lights without any splicing simply use the stock connectors. I have used the integrated tail light on my R1 with no problems. Here is the link for the plate holder:

I've been very happy with both thus far. My only complaint with the Corse Dynamics fender eliminator is "The kit does not include a block off for the original plate housing. It must be purchased separately." Unfortunately, Corse Dynamics still hasn't made that block off plate so you can get it separately even if you wanted to lol.

I sent you a PM. Call CW, they have "Blemished" Block off for next to nothing. There was nothing wrong with it. I just hit it a few times with a matte black rattle can and it is fine. I will show you at the Pavillions in a few weeks. blew my second fork seal and have to wait until next Thursday to get it fixed so I wont be riding for a week or so.
 
I suspect they've done that so that the amber turn signals look amber. If they were projected through a red lens they'd look red.

thanks Guido I did end up using your tank guard and I must say it fits and looks excellent and that 3m tape is like cement. does not move at all

I couldn't agree more. The metal work on the CW FE is so shotty IMO. Unfortunately it's the only one out there that puts the plate where I want it (other than Bucci's but that won't let me use the rear pegs).

Unless I see or hear otherwise I'd be worried their integrated light would be shotty as well. One can only go off of past experiences with a company of course...

Got the CW tail tidy with the turn signals last winter. Looked good in the garage but turns out they are totally invisible in sunlight.

I'd go for the taillight but the video is not very convincing.
 
Here are some pics of my clear CW integrated tail light...extremely satisfied!!
-Pic 1 is running light
-Pic 2 is Left turn signal
-Pic 3 is Brake with Left Turn signal
-Pic 4 is Brake by itself

PS. Just noticed pics are all sideways...my bad, but you get the picture though right?

I installed my CW integrated taillight (red) myself with no problems and love the looks and function.

I also went with the CW fender eliminator kit to locate the plate by the exhaust loop and to have the under tail cover with license plate led. Kinda of a waste since I didn't need the turn signals but I didn't have time to fabricate something myself. Good thing the plate holder is stainless to hold up to the heat. The under tail cover construction is OK and looks fine but I'm disappointed that the LED plate light does not come plug n play and you have to cut the connector off your stock one and splice it.

In the end it all works and looks great so I'm completely happy with the clean overall look of the CW package.
