Cracked cluster wtf

Don’t know if this has happened to anyone but the screen on my dash has three small cracks in it do you think Ducati will warrant this and if not is there any way to take the dash apart so I can replace it

Mine had cracks in it and was replaced under warranty no issues.

Wait, what?!? They are denying a TFT replacement under warranty because you unscrewed two caps, probably by hand, and put something else on? That's messed up.

Fyi Ducati also had this issue on the 1299. I had mine replaced under warranty. The dealership tried to say that it looked like a helmet had hit the screen?!?!?! When I pointed out that a helmet wouldn't fit in there & mentioned that others with the 1299 have had the same issue they agreed to cover it. Hope this helps some of you V4 guys.

. It's become (not specifically Ducati) almost like dealing with insurance, where the first position on a warranty claim is to say no first. In the last 10 years, I dread having to take any vehicle (car or bike) back to any dealership, as I know I have to prepare for a fight. Did the 'no' come from Ducati Australia or the dealership? If there are enough instances of it out there you may be able to put a case forward.

It's become a bit sad where you should be able to expect a certain amount of quality and service... especially with such a small 2 year warranty on this particular bike.
