Just made this fender eliminator with the help of my friend:

.... does that look good with no signals an mirrors. Thinking about 86ing the mirrors on mine but eating to see if the aftermarket comes up with a sleek delete set that flush mount turn signals for the front.

With 5.12 inch of rear wheel travel this should be a problem.

The angle of the picture is deceiving, there is just enough room for full travel. I will try and take a picture from the side later. Haven't had a problem yet and I've hit some big bumps.

Haha I will make them available for purchase if enough people are interested.

I would totally purchase that over the others I see around online. Can you take a few more pics cause like stated above it does look like it would interfere with travel.

In CF would just be awsome hey

? can of worms flat or shinny
i say DP flat
tell me when you have some ready LOL

I touched base with Competition Werks and asked were the hell is their kit...their response was:

The signals are holding us up a little.
What we have in mind should be worth the wait.

I am looking for a good carbon fiber manufacturer right now to produce these in dry carbon. But I will only make them in carbon if I can produce something almost exactly the same as DP products look. I hate when bikes have a bunch of mismatched carbon parts.... I will keep you guys updated on if I can get these made in cf

That's great - very clean - you should have a swap program :D For a nominal fee of course :)

That is a great idea, if I don't make it in carbon or choose to do both carbon and plastic I will most likely have some sort of swap over program.

How is your plate mounted ? Daytona would probably ticket the .... outta me ! But , it'd be worth the risk for that clean of a look ! Very sharp !

That looks so CLEAN! I am definitely interested and want one. Get those puppies cranking out! More pics too please!? Best looking FE so far.

How about a profile pic ? I want to see what your actual plate bracket looks like. The undertail you made is bad-... !

Though I really love this fender eliminator, and don't want to be a downer, the plate will get crunched. Happened to me on my last bike when I put the plate in a similar location (though it took about a month before it did), but after a couple big hits it's bound to happen with this one, too.

A change in angle or moving the plate back a bit would help prevent contact, though. (This isn't my bike, btw)
