Custom made Diagnostic Tool ?

So i saw this and was very surprised

Was wondering if it's custom made (based on some diagnostic tool perhaps?) or something that is public available

This would make things alot more easier for those that live far away from a ducati dealer (such as me.. 120 miles away)

Would pay a good sum for such a tool, would surely come handy for some of us
 
Looks simple enough, but yes I would definitely buy one!

...... reseting oil service light at dealership is frustrating - they refuse to unless they do full service....

My 2013 is coming up 4 years old - I would have assumed someone in this modern age would have created a "diagnostic tool" for resetting oil service light etc.. I am running Rapidbike R and really do not want to add any other software like Tuneboy (?)

Yeah melco-diag works great to reset codes. A Loneluc diagnostic cable and a ELM 1.4 or 1.5v scanner with (FT232RL) chip is all you need to make work. If anyone needs guided in the right direction let me know.

I have not yet tested it myself as I have not yet needed it or decided which way to go with my ECU tuning. Mick1976 and others have successfully used this to read ECU and reset codes.

The cable does have the FT232RL chip, but the one from amazon has a different Pic18f2480 Chip. The one you guys linked has the Pic18f2580 Chip.

Any help would be appreciated. I hate having to go to the dealer every time a code gets thrown.
