Back few years I go, what you said above was my line of thinking too. No cars, just a van to carry a track bike around.

What I settled on, is to pay moneys to Rehm or BikePromotions or a private garage to keep and maintain the bike and deliver it to the track days. Driving a van from where you re to Jerez or Portimao isn't fun.
