Talked to the dealer, delivery tentatively mid June delivery for 1199s/abs, dropped the deposit down first week of jan. No news on demo bike

Just talked to my dealer then and exactly the same answer. I also put my deposit down in early Jan.

They also said they were going to have a big launch night later in the month that TB would be at. Looking forward to that.

At least we can take solace that they're consistent in this case i.e. ordered at the same time and receiving at the same time.

Its also the first time the dealer said yep we have a date...not just yeah nah maybe maybe april, may, june blah

purchased from city - great guys, easy to deal with

i will know more when shipping docket comes
then you know your only weeks away from getting it
 
Seems consistent then, I'm with ringwood and PanigaleS is from brisvegas. So we all seem to have dropped down deposits January and delivery for June 10. wonder if the guys who put their deposit down before January are getting them earlier, you'd think so....maybe we're on a second shipment or something?:confused:
 
Ordered my S in Oct last year, I have been told it is on the water now, should be here early May.

Yep, Brisbane Motorcycles said I was in the second shipment and if someone dropped out I would be one of the first that would be moved up to the first shipment. Apparently first shipment is here around the end of April.

i will probably run him off the road to have a look

thinking mine is in 2nd shipment grrr !!
 
Between the info from all of us I'm pretty happy we're getting a reasonably clear picture of delivery in oz. Now I can stop quivering about possibly getting anything this month. Resetting my expectations and hitting the surf
 
Got some great news this morning....There might be a Panigale here Wednesday to go throw a leg over:D

Not 100% certain yet, but after a chat today it is looking pretty good.

I guess I could always steal it and ride it down there for you to see, be a horrible trip :D:D:D
