Not 100% certain yet, but after a chat today it is looking pretty good.
I guess I could always steal it and ride it down there for you to see, be a horrible trip
but youd look good doing it....

hey you aussie guys don't worry, when i bought my 07 tricolore i decided to late and all were spoken for. I tried all the 4 south east qld dealers with no luck, all sold. 3 weeks later brisbane motorcycles rang me cause a buyer pulled out, sweet i bought it. Of course their prices were more than all the others but i had to have it. Within a few days every dealer in qld was offering me a tricolore at a cheaper price. I was farkin spewin, i would have given anything to not spend any money with brisbane motorcycles. Point is i reckon you blokes will end up jumping up the order a bit.
Whats up Daz....Dont like Bob
yeah bris motorcycles and bris ducati are evil
Lol.....I bought one bike thru him, then a few thru Gold Coast Ducati....Now I do everything thru Desmo Headquarters, Byron Bay...best place ever
300km/hr with a few boys in blue chasing me....Would look good wouldnt it
Dont put thoughts in my head
It's a shame good ducati service is hard to come by, i guess that's why i'm considering the aprilia and bmw. Seems to be pretty common these days, I know a few blokes who travel down to Arthur.
I will say though Eurotwins and Speedys have taken great care of all my dukes mechanically over the years
They'd have to call the chase off in a bout five seconds as they can't chase you past 160km/h.... So they'd either need a plane or a military drone...
Fingers crossed someone decides to pull their deposit.... My mates tell me the guys down at Ringwood are pretty good with service, haven't experienced first hand though
Getting good service is the key.....Taking your beloved bike to someone you dont get on with is ......
Hey Delta you should go check the guy's out before your bike arrives, then you can make your own decision.
I should, but it's not like I got much choice, Ringwood and Melbourne. I'm sure the guys at both are good. Ive talked to cool guys and time wasters at both. Buying motorcycles is weird though, they close early on Saturday, not open Sunday and then the dealers in general are typically meh. It's hit and miss, you meet some cool people but I do have to say many dealers in general (Honda, kwaka...etc) seem like they can't be bothered lifting a finger, and that somehow your to blame for them getting up that day for work. Go to a car dealer and they're ready to polish your knob
