Bought an item on April 8. Sent an email 2 weeks ago asking for status with no response. Didnt know if anyone on here had had any experience with them or knows how to get in touch with them?

please check you SPAM folder, i guess you find our mails include tracking link inside.
we send you the info on 04/09 and also reply your request on 04/15 :)

the order is allready in the USA

Thanks Chris! I never remember to check that folder. I did and low and behold, there they were.

Received the mount and the quality is top notch! Still waiting on one more ball adapter to fit my phone mount and then it'll be finito!
