Disconnected cables?

Hi! So I found these two cables disconnected under the left side fairing, anyone knows what are they for? Everything seems to be working on the bike.

Wow you are right, I had this disconnected since I got the bike I think, always wondered what's the deal with these clutch cables? What difference will it make?
 
Quick shifter work? Without it connected either you always have quickshift or never. Depends if it is looking for open or closed.

Correct. If you want to start the bike in gear(clutch in) (sometimes convenient if you stall the bike) hook it back up to the switch (provided their is one) if you don’t care, leave it alone. Doesn’t effect anything else (that you will notice)
