The links below are for the 3D scans of mirror blockoffs that came with my R, They are in .stl format and in millimeters. You should be able to import into a 3d printer program, clean up some edges and print as many as you want. You will have to drill and tap the mounting holes, ABS and PLA material should work fine. You could even use these and modify them in cad to add holes for LEDs..
