New Billet Tail tidy and Mirror block offs with integrated turn signals

I can only assume this will work on the new V2, since it shares the same tail with the V4. It's at the top of my list for next mods. It looks absolutely perfect.
 
Personally I am not a fan of the NRC tail tidy. Its cool that it cleans up that boat anchor/trailer hitch that comes on the bike, but, it's just that it looks cheap on the Ducati. Like... my garage, some plastic, bent metal and textured paint! Sorry, I just dont see the Emperors New Clothes there! But the Futurismoto setup is classy. Front AND Rear both look amazing compared to NRC's plastic oreo design. Cant wait!

I couldn't agree more. From reading this thread, it sounds like the customer support from futurismoto is second to none too, which really ups the confidence level as a buyer.

U think we could bend the Futurismo plate holder to be tucked up under the tail like the NRC?

You can tuck the Futurismoto, there are two brackets. order one or both for only 10 more. Multiple pics on the site. This forum won't let me place the pics here copy/pasted or screen snip...

Yeah for sure get his thoughts! The Ducati performance carbon mini anchor has two mounts that attach to the tail. One did not fit, i.e. the mount tab slotted up iij n fine but the holes were a good 20mm down, which may be for a different bike? V4?...so the V4 may not fit. My NRC box said it was for the V4.
 
I received a reply from futurismoto and the tail tidy will physically fit the V2. However, he said the electrical connections are not compatible.

The tail tidy has a male connector and the V4 (which it was made for) is female. The V2 though is also a male connector. He said he has an adapter to make it work, but it's production/shipping has been delayed due to the virus. Of course, you could just splice the wires if so inclined.

Awesome! I ordered a set last week in black not really thinking about the connector ever being an issue, since the fronts are the same as the V4. I have extra connectors and signal/lic. light harness I can make a adapter.

Nice!

Weird that Ducati decided to flip the wire harness from the V4. Seems like a strange choice since the rest of the tail is the same. *shrug*
 
I installed the ducati alarm that goes under the front fairing right above the LH headlight and there is a harness that comes with the alarm. Same four pin connector as the bike and alarm, except an extension. Well I tried to hook up the alarm w/o the extension and it plugged in but had no power. One of the wires switches to a different pin in the extension, so....? Ducati!
 
No, no you dont want to hear it! Hope that it never goes off when your in the garage under the bike without your keys on you. It's high pitch and SUPER loud! It scared the S#!t outta me.

will it go off if a couple a strong dudes hop out of a pickup truck, load it in the back and take off?

is there a tracking app or something?
