New Billet Tail tidy and Mirror block offs with integrated turn signals

There will also be a plate mount option to have the plate mounted flat back against the tail, and there will be detailed instructions and an install video. The install for each part is just 2 bolts and one wire connection no swapping of any parts.

Keep in mind I'm doing everything in-house alone. Design, CNC machining, finishing anodizing, PCB assembly, and packaging. I absolutely won't allow these out of my shop until they are of the highest quality that I can do, even if it takes an extra week to reach excellence.

Any surface or detail issues you might see will be worked out before release for production. The plate bracket is still in 3D printed plastic in the first photos

Oh! It does have a plate light, just not on this prototype. The plate light is hidden in a 3mm hole just above the plate totally discreet until needed
The turn signals are brighter than the tail lights, so there are no daytime viability issues. They are so bright that they are painful to look at when they are a bare circuit board when testing before assembly.

Do you make one for the 1299?
 
I'd like to tell everyone that there was a problem with the circuit board on my tail tidy that I received last August. Kyle responded to my email quickly, had me ship my tidy back and he replaced the circuit board and had it back to me within a week. Top notch. Super happy customer. Give him a follow on IG as well!
 
Saw a bunch of these on V4s at wsbk Phillip island. Amazing looking products and top notch quality. I just hope you can make them for MV Agusta F3 one day as the other brand of these are poor in comparison. Great job for a one man band!

I don't currently make one, but I'm being hounded by a few dealers and individuals to make one for the 1199/899 and the 1299/959. It will happen but not likely soon, sorry. Best guess would be mid summer. I have a lot of projects and manufacturing to do and there is only me to do them.

I'm trying my best but demand is almost overwhelming at the moment. I'm making adjustments to get more parts out the door in a timely manner. most of that will come together next month. With other efficiencies I've created I shifted using my weekends for an additional 20-24 hours of production/ assembly work and am now using my weekends for product development. I'm hoping to have 1-3 more parts for sale for the V4 by June.
 
You don’t have the possibility to make this a business? I mean, start your own company!
Other companies like CNC racing must have started like this also:D
Maybe hire some personnel ;)

Haha, I will when It comes back from recall work. No decent photos of it yet It has 5 recalls due!

... I run them :) with a CRG Arrow bar end mirror on the left side only. I was pretty surprised how well bar ends work. Not buzzy and decent view.

Making some moves on the production side of things to free me up from running production and assembly 100% of my time. Doing 80% product development and 20% production is the goal. With the increased free time I can develop new product lines Including the 1299/959. It will be a slow transition to doing mainly product development, but by mid/late summer I'll be there.

I agree, I'm running the hindsight lane splitter on the left side only right now, thinking about adding the right side, just because im paranoid. I could probably get a full 360 view with them being on both sides.

Love your tail tidy...except for the pattern from the carving. Any chance it'll ever be offered in smooth?
 
I have those and the mirror signals are a pain to get on and off. The bolts seem to be a bit too short to grab the threads. The rear tail tidy the bolts are too long. Apparently at the factory my subframe bolt hole is a bit shorter on one side.
Overall I give them 6/10

Having an issue with mine. Got the mirror block offs and the tail tidy. Not sure if it's always been an issue, and I just noticed it, or if it's a new issue. Only had it installed about a month. Wondering if anyone else is seeing this. It doesn't seem to be an inherently issue with the tail tidy, but how the bike accepts it.

Left turn signal works exactly as expected, both on the mirror block offs and the tail tidy.

Right turn signal does two flashes on both front and back. Then it goes to a faster flash rate, and only flashes on the mirror block off, stops on the tail tidy. So the mirror block offs keep going forever, but switch from slow to fast after two flashes. The tail tidy does two flashes then stops flashing until I cancel the turn signal and turn it back on, then two flashes again and stop again.

I saw the right working when I installed, but can't say I watched it go longer than two cycles. So maybe always been an issue? I can't say. Just had a riding buddy point it out to me last week, and it seems to be consistent now.

Any help greatly appreciated.
