New Billet Tail tidy and Mirror block offs with integrated turn signals

Sorry for the troubles. It sounds as though there's an issue with the tail tidy electronics. I would be happy to rebuild the tail tidy with the improved turnsignal circuit boards and wireharnes. I'll email you a return label If you are interested in it being rebuilt. All I need is your order number or email address to look up your order.

Having an issue with mine. Got the mirror block offs and the tail tidy. Not sure if it's always been an issue, and I just noticed it, or if it's a new issue. Only had it installed about a month. Wondering if anyone else is seeing this. It doesn't seem to be an inherently issue with the tail tidy, but how the bike accepts it.

Left turn signal works exactly as expected, both on the mirror block offs and the tail tidy.

Right turn signal does two flashes on both front and back. Then it goes to a faster flash rate, and only flashes on the mirror block off, stops on the tail tidy. So the mirror block offs keep going forever, but switch from slow to fast after two flashes. The tail tidy does two flashes then stops flashing until I cancel the turn signal and turn it back on, then two flashes again and stop again.

I saw the right working when I installed, but can't say I watched it go longer than two cycles. So maybe always been an issue? I can't say. Just had a riding buddy point it out to me last week, and it seems to be consistent now.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hey OP. I emailed you about my order a couple of times but never received any reply. I ordered two months ago and just wondered where I am in line. I understand it’s a low volume, long lead time situation but I’m over the six weeks and in the dark. Please shoot me a PM if you see this.

Thanks!

I sorry for the delay and I'm sorry I can't respond to every email it's just me here and I have to triage emails so I dont spend too much time. I promise your order has not been forgotten or lost you will receive an email the moment it ships out.

If I spend too much time on email I don't sleep enough. My CNC and I are averaging 100hr work weeks and I take about 1 day off a month. I Just took a week and a half off after a year and a half of that work pace. That time off didn't help the email backlog. There is just not enough of me to answer all of them.
The good news is there has been a big shift in production capacity, and my order backlog should be clear in the next 2 weeks, while also eliminating shipping lead time in the future. I have also been working quality and design improvements to make sure everything is as robust as possible.

You just gotta bear with me I'm trying then best I can and still learning as I go. I can promise the parts are worth the wait.

I know I know. I was just curious where I was in line because it was longer than quoted lead time. I'm getting fed up looking at the diving board hanging off the back of my beautiful v4.

Take it easy man.

I have the mirror block offs and the tail tidy. I can testify they are AWESOME and so is the guy who is making them.

Can vouch for the finished product! Very pleased [emoji1419]

I just received my tail tidy, it’s easily worth twice the price of the NRC part.

It’s really a very nicely designed and well manufactured product

Was well worth the wait they look and work great!
Big tx Kyle for your craftmanship, comms and service.

Making some moves on the production side of things to free me up from running production and assembly 100% of my time. Doing 80% product development and 20% production is the goal. With the increased free time I can develop new product lines Including the 1299/959. It will be a slow transition to doing mainly product development, but by mid/late summer I'll be there.

I remember seeing this a long time ago and it kind of fell off my radar while waiting. Did you ever produce a tail tidy and/or mirror blockoffs for the 1299? I am currently using NRC for both and don't really like the look.

Just some feedback. I ordered both front mirror block offs and the tail tidy 6 months or so ago. They were great, suddenly one of my signal lights on the tail tidy stopped functioning. I emailed the owner, he said to send it in, had it back within the week, he reworked all the internal electronics. Super customer support and no questions asked fixes with timely turnaround. Fantastic company, fantastic product, go out of your way to support this guy!

very interested for the rear of my upcoming SF4S

actually I love the way the NRC integrates and tucks up under the tail, just disappointed the front turn signal/mirror block off bolts rusted within a week after installing

“tucked” is the way to go unless you prefer tagless

those are sweet. I ordered front/rear a few weeks ago. hopefully he'll catch up on his backlog soon. i've had NRCs in the past (899, currently on the rear of a 2017 hypermotard sp). they're fine, but this really looks like the good stuff. ain't cheap but i'm willing to pay for what everyone is saying is top quality.
