will it go off of a couple a strong dudes hop out of a pickup truck, load it in the back and take off?

is there a tracking app or something?
Yeah, it'll go off! No tracking from Ducati as far as I know. There was a transponder, I dont remember the name, the dealer offered at time of purchase. That had an app.

Hi Guys, finally got my Futurismoto block offs and tail tidy. broken record, but man these are sweet. so worth the money and wait.

just a note. i have a base 2020 v4. when i initially installed the tail tidy, i tested it and the right side flashed fast like it needed a resistor. left side fine.

installed the fronts, same behavior, fast flash front/back on the right, normal on the left.

I emailed Kyle with Futurismoto and he gave me a technical explanation as to why this might be happening. he recommended starting the engine and see how it behaves.

once the engine is running, everything flashes normally. some kind of computer or 'lectrical thing that i'll never understand.

long story short, just wanted to let future installers to not be concerned if your flash rates aren't normal after install. fire her up and hopefully yours will flash correctly as mine do.

No, no you dont want to hear it! Hope that it never goes off when your in the garage under the bike without your keys on you. It's high pitch and SUPER loud! It scared the S#!t outta me.
Happens to me @#$%@ too often. I believe already have hearing loss because of it? It's bloody loud

yeah. you guys don't? NC got rid of car window inspection stickers a few years ago which is nice.

I’ve even got the barcode setup to pay speeding tickets quickly. Didn’t need it on the Ducati cause they never can catch up

Hi, first of all, the mirror blocks off with integrated signals by Futurismoto are really great, they do integrate perfectly into the bike's design and make the stock mirrors even uglier :)

However, I have question, and I know most of you guys are from the US so you most likely have different rules there (I'm from Europe and we are very strict): are those integrated signals street legal? Do they have any E3/E6/E8 homologation?

Reason I'm asking (before buying them) is - if you are stopped by the police here and they find out there is no homologation then they can easily fine and confiscate your bike because of that. Also, in the unlikely event of a road accident, insurance might not cover you if they think that the bike is equipped with no-homologated parts.

Thanks.

NO HOMOLOGATION certification!!!

Well, in CA at least...turn signals have to be 23cm (9in.) apart so if the officer absolutely wanted to be a dick because you were being a dick on the road/freeway, he could easily write you up for it. That's one reason why I don't bother with mirror block off turn signals.

Of course, if you are riding like a d**k on the road there are much higher chances to be stopped and checked, however this is not always the case, they can well stop you here for a routine check on driving license and insurance and run a very quick inspection on the bike, I'd say the turn signals with bar mirrors are positioned in such a way that can be easily discovered.

For example, another common thing you can be easily fined is the tail tidy with the registration plate attached to it, most of people go for after market tail tidy however the incline of the reg plate needs to be right by law (in terms of grade) otherwise numbers and letters cannot be perfectly read. If it is too "flat" inclined then they will be fine you straight away.

Of course. and unfortunately a week into ownership I was stopped for that very infraction with the reg plate as he said "I couldn't see your plate". Needless to say, that's why I don't bother with the NRG tail tidy either.

if you are stopped by the police

if u don’t stop they can’t do ...., bud
