Does UpMap still exist?

Can anyone tell if UpMap is still open / doing business? I have sent numerous mails and getting the sever response "we'll get back to you asap..." but there is just no real reply.... What is going on? Regards!

Yes they are still in business. The support team never gets back to you sorry to say. I used to have and inside guy over there but i havent talked to him in years so not sure if he is still there. What are you having issues with or looking for info on?

Thanks for the info! I need them to change my password and email address to the new owner's info to get access to the T800 dongle via the app... Very poor of them!! Regards!
