DP matt CF parts....

Am I the only one experiencing huge delays with DP CF matt parts ? I am hearing huge delays... anyone have a tip outside of DP where to get for CF matt parts ?

Both Motowheels and bellissimoto are taking orders however they don't have it in stock right now. I'd love to sell my dp front fender and hugger since I hate the matte look. However, I won't. Be doing it cheap . Getting it cleared instead.

D1199, There are huge delays with DP accessories and parts, specifically Carbon Fiber items. I have posted my own personal explanations on other threads. Observing we are in August now just shunts everything back due to Italian holidays. Needless to say, it really is first come first served and a lot of places want cash up front. Thus, if you want DP parts then order them ASAP. At the time of writing I basically have all the DP carbon and accessories on my bike - except for the CF Air Conveyors. The Air Conveyors have been on order for 2.5+ months and recently I found out the new date (having been put back at least 3 times) is now end of October 2012.

There are other suppliers who will clearly benefit from DP's long delivery times and that is as it should be. Personally, I really like the DP parts as they are very high quality (except the tank pad). However, I have NOT personally seen the competition's products, so bear these thoughts in mind.

In addition, I plan on jet coating my exhaust headers in exactly the same manner as iiifv.

Does anyone know if the DP carbonfiber parts are made from Dry or Wet type carbon fiber?
