DP rearsets adjustment

If anyone has the DP rearsets installed were you able to safely run the shifter rod in the middle hole (shorter shift position)?

Mine looks like the nut would be very close to the swingarm so have it in the top hole now but the throw is quite long

The nut will be close but fine. But what you have to do is shorten the bolt as it's too long.
