Double yellow means no passing...I dont.
Unfortunately that old .....'s mentality is becoming far too common in our society.
This article is haunting me. I was riding yesterday and on a long straightaway had two cars in front of me and tons of room to pass, and look down and its a double yellow. I swear I thought that it was a test from a higher power. This damm article going thru my head…I even said out loud, in my helmet, to myself "Ohhhh .... no"...I slowed down and made a big gap and looked around and enjoyed the scenery for a while till the road opened up and we hit the Interstate. I figured it was a test from God for me.

Deputies booked Crum into the Hood County Jail just after midnight on Tuesday, saying that he was uncooperative then and remained so later on Tuesday. His bond was set at $75,000 for each charge.
Before being arrested, Crum explained that the swerving was his reaction to a spider bite. However, he was captured on video saying "I don't care" about the motorcycle crash and the two victims. "On that particular road," Crum said, "I've seen them do wheelies at 60 mph, and I thought he was one of them. I didn't know there was a passenger."
If he is convicted, Crum could face 20 years in prison for each count. "He's getting locked up," said Sanders. "The state is filing charges on him, straight up."
Crum also a month earlier near this same stretch of road also tried
twice before to run two other bikers, another with a passenger off
the road and was charged in one of those actions with reckless
endangerment with a motor vehicle and is still facing those charges.
Debra Simpson is now in a regular hospital room and has undergone
4 different surgeries and a few skin grafts and still has no certain date to be released. She remembers very little about the accident other than closing her eyes.
