After finding out more detail on the 1299 Annerversario, I canceled my order with my dealership. It's just not that much different from my 1299S to justify a lateral move.

The good news is that there's a slot open at my dealership: Call and talk to Matt Houston: 415-456-3345

It's just not that different enough, or special enough to make me switch. Quite frankly, I was hoping for a Superleggera version of the 1299, now THAT would have made me switch.

I still covet the 2015/2016 1199R, you lucky .......... :D
 
The graphics are awesome, the wheels look cool, and the 1299S is a solid platform. With the akra and other bits the pricing isn't bad. As far as weeny licks go it'll get attention, but I don't think I could ditch my R for it.
 
Hmm....it is tempting. About 28K USD? I wouldn't either, Kevin, but it would be a nice stablemate if I found a buyer for my 13.
