None of it is worth it.
Agree completely. Not getting any of it based on what owners have said. Overpriced and full of bugs.

I have the same great riding experience here ánd Pani’s do long haul touring with luggage very reliably. Did several 2500mi/4000km mountain tours on mine last few years as well and it was a blast each time.
Must admit riding Pani’s slow in hot city traffic is ‘easier’ if your upper body is strong to resist the strain on the arms ánd I need to wear fire resistant underwear to prevent 2nd degree burning.
Besides, do bring spanner 11 to occasionally quickly remedy clutch fade especially above 5000ft! For the rest no issues riding her with lots of enjoyment.
@GPV21 Bayliss in another post I already pointed you to my DMS and DDA experiences which are the exact same hardware modules but even less functional on V2 I understand, where on V4 they are just about OK-ish (C+), not bad but by no means a ‘bang for the buck’ (i.e. buggy/functionally limited)
The Ducati Alarm-module is fairly functional and LOUD! Works as occasional theft deterrent to initially put off dumb ... baddies when parked for a short while. It even has a panic button to scare off the unwanted.
I would suggest to also have a hidden tracker installed. E.g. Monimoto or Viloc are effective trackers IMHO
I tour on my V2 and use Kriega kit.
You don't need passenger pegs - but you do need the rear pillion set.
I have a Kriega US30 (use the V4 fitting kit).
In the US30 I can fit:
Jeans, trainers, 2x tee shirts, 2x underwear, toiletries, book, bottle of wine, waterproofs, electronic chargers, denim jacket, bike cover, chain and padlock.
Thanks for the fast reply @Manicguitarist, I'll have to find a rear seat on eBay and start from there.
Cheers guys
