Ducati Performance tail tidy plate holder question

Hi,
Is the picture presenting full set of Ducati performance tail tidy?I am curious because I had received only bigger plate holder without smaller one in package as highlighted ..Thanks in advance.

The big one is for EU license plates. The small one is for US plates. If you are in The US you should only receive the small one and vice versa for if you live in the EU. Did you buy from a dealer or direct from Ducati. Going through a dealer lets you pick. Website doesn't.

My dealer ordered it because my previous tail tidy was broken(attached small license plate)
As per previous picture someone was selling all kit with big and small plate holder.I was wondering if I had both in my box. The reason is that the big one is a little bit to big for my European license plate.The first one simply looked better.
