What a great bike to ride!

So today I thought I was a little cocky, turned off the traction control and wheelie control. hahahaha what a crazy beast! Love the bike!

Dropped of my '13 1199R and picked up #134 from Ducati Newport Beach.

2017 1299 Superleggera

I just got notified this afternoon that my order has been accepted from Ducati corporate for the 17' 1299 Superleggera. Delivery expected beginning of June.

Sweet! I saw that there when I bought my new SS. Congrats.

Someone in California is getting 1299 SL #47 (the tour guide said the exhaust was how you can tell). Did a factory tour in Bologna today and the SL is getting ready to be shipped to its lucky new owner!

I was just told last week that I'm gettting the last bike, hopefully that's #500. I'm in Sf and Lake Tahoe. Getting the bike through the Reno Ducati dealer.

Did they start at 1 on the 1299SL? The 1199SL began the count at 000, so the last one was 499/500.

I went by my dealer to finalize some details and they said the build sheet stated #500 and Ducati NA told my dealer I'm getting the last SL in production.

I own 1199SL #213. I know that I'm late to the party and this is now mostly 1299SL owners but better late than never, I guess.

For those keeping track, I bought it with 62 miles on it 3 weeks ago and I'm up to 450. I'm hoping to get to the 600 this weekend so that I can do the break-in service.
