I must've put on and taken these off a dozen times, but I still occasionally find one that doesn't want to play ball. Is there there a trick to getting these on (and off the gear selector output shaft? Today's one doesn't even want to go on the splines. While it looks fine, it came out of my spares box so may have been damaged.
