Hi, is there any other way to update the ECU? My bike is having a hard time starting up and when my local workshop diagnose it, the error says the ECU need updating. I tried to make appointment with my local Ducati agent here and it's not been responsive. Is there any other way besides going to the agent? My local workshop can't do the updating either.
