Same as.
Excess wires tucked nicely where the toolkit used to go.
The Oberon tax disc holder will seat nicely where the pillion bolts are.
There's a pic somewhere on here fitted. Looks trick.

Oberon Cylindrical Tax Disc Holder - Demon Tweeks

I just put my cylindical tax disk holder on the single M5x12 bolt that hold the two parts of the evotech tail tidy together, with it running front to rear. Its nicely out of the way tucked behind the plate and doesn't obscure the passenger peg fitting holes, if I need them. The supplied evotech 12mm bolt is plenty long enough to do the job. Might get a black holder instead of titanium one to make it blend in even more.

I love the Evotech tail tidy its looks much better than the Ducati DP one. Only thing I don't like is the way the plate is angled up so much. I guess this is so that it clears the rear wheel at full suspension deflection, but its just shouts to the local constabulary that its not stock. Its therefore an easy excuse to pull you over for a better look at anything else they can declared illegal.

Could someone take a pic of the underside, I'd like to see how the wiring goes. I had an evotech on my rsv4 and was never really happy with the wires.

Also, can anyone that's installed verify that you don't have to cut the turn signal wires if you're using the original turn sigs, ie only the number plate light is cut?

The wiring is very tidy. The only exposed wiring is a few inches of each indicator cable, but this it cable tied up very close to the bracket and invisible from anywhere other than under the bike. I'll take a picture for you later.

thanks very much! I actually installed theh dp tail tidy which looks pretty good but the way the turn sigs are held in place is pretty flimsy so they sagged from the beginning, I put the factory one back on , evotech is sounding like the way to go.

Paddock, no need to take a pic, xbox posted the evotech pics on message 14 showed just what I needed. A good install.

You have to push the rubber indicator storks through the holes on the Evotech tail tidy, no screws hold them in place. Its a bit fiddly to do, but they are very solid once in place.

Anyone have problems with the Number plate light? Just tried fitting my evotech tail tidy and the numberplate light flashes, 3 seconds on 9 seconds off. Switched to the stock light and its on solid so its not a problem with the bike.

No problem with mine - stays on all the time.

Cheers Gulf Coast, thanks. Just rang Evotech, they are sending out a new LED unit today, fingers X.

Easy to take on/off?

Is the Evotech easy to install/remove? just thinking from a trackday point of view. The stock unit (although ghastly) is easy to remove and replace fairly quickly - just wondering if the Evotech one is the same

Our fender eliminators will be available soon, just playing around with different materials. It will be by far the cleanest and most minimalistic FE on the market. The plate will come off with 2 easy accessed bolts. Turn signals are in development for the kit as we speak. Making 50-100 pieces depending on demand.

Bucci, do you have an estimate on the price? (apologies if you've posted the answer to this question somewhere else).

We will have the selling price soon. Still figuring out the tooling which is very expensive for the new plastic rear cover piece that comes in our kit, but prices should be no more then any other kit available. A thread will be posted in the next week or so with all the information.
