Good news, got the message today that parts are ready.
He has improved the details a bit compared to what I had originally. Also made a few in white color in case someone is interested in that.
I will figure out the final price when I meet him soon and start to PM people who signed up.

Something like a toggle bolt holds it very secure. I have had this for whole summer and there was nothing to worry about.

Right! it worked pretty well though. I was almost at 24000km service so didn't bother.
Received the first batch today. I will PM interested people for payment arrangement and ship them out as soon as I receive payment.
Unfortunately the price is a bit higher than what I thought it would be, but for people who signed up until this post I will have them shipped to US. for $45 total and $40 to Canada.
