Austin Racing has the best performing full system for the Ducati Panigle at the moment on the market. There is Stainless still GP2 full system and Inconel GP2 full system available the power gains from the two systems is same you are looking at 191hp on the back wheel and 96.33 lbs of torque. The weight of the GP2 Stainless full system is 3.8kg and 5kg with db killer inserts, GP2 Inconel full system weighs only 2.6kg and 3.8kg with the db killer inserts now I have to say that this is some serious power and weight savings over the stock exhaust.
The GP2 full system in Inconel and stainless finish is avelable for the new Ducati Panigale 899 (red bike on pics).

I know im missing something and the search isnt turning anything up. Little help here.

Let me help you.

1. AR came one here and claimed the pipe was better than akra
2. Some people bought it and it was a POS
3. Rich (the ar guy) went ballistic on here
4. Can of worms (and bunsy aka rich) now buried

That was the short version, i had far too many Hefeweizen and Uozo tonight to go in further detail. Plus, i just bought 8 horses and i'm about to buy some time... :D

Hehehehehe I was just pointing out that AR is now starting with that in South Africa through Furious Tweaks, it is on his facebook wall. Rich has pm'ed me a little while ago with veiled threats too (facebook)...

My Facebook response to the claptrap that was posted on Facebook re the AR system for the Pani:
"The statements made above is simply not true. The system does have dramatic weight savings yes, but it also has dramatic heat problems (Iconel is just a fancy stainless steel) and definitely do not reach the advertised power outputs either.
Furious Tweaks I dare you to show me a dyno run made by a reputable company in South Africa that can verify those power and torque claims. I would suggest that you get Alain of Dynojet SA to do the dyno run. If he can get similar outputs I will publically apologise."
:D

I do not know why is every one surprised by AR's claims about their Panigale systems - bullshitting is a way of life in the UK lol. It can take you a long way here and it is almost second instinct. I have seen loads of people going through ranks in companies all by bullshitting their way through things - all it takes is to say the ''right'' things and believe in what you say and never admit that you are bullshitting!

That a side, I would like to know how many of the AR guys are actually degree qualified to design such systems? How credible are they? Can they back up their claimed numbers by data?

We have many companies like that in the UK who claim to be the best and innovators in what they do but reality is far from it. Race car chassis manufacturers are one of them, they hardly have any qualified people to design a car but some how they can fabricate a car and leave the rest to ........ and sell it as the best thing ever..

There are so many examples I can think of but I guess you know what I mean about AR now!

Mali, I think you were around for it but in case you forgot someone else on here found the 3rd party design/build company that AR were using to build their exhausts. It was a company that was a complete outsource who would do the engineering and manufacturing, all you had to do was supply the logo - which is apparently what AR does!

This really is the best part of the whole story. It's like that twist ending in a movie that suddenly makes it all so much more amazing than you could have hoped for.

(It also reduces any would-be defenders who might try and argue about the proverbial little guy who is working hard to make something happen, etc)

It was a very interesting time to be on the forum.... :)
