RedLine Under Tail Exhaust

The round of shameless spamming on this forum really upsets me that I ever gave this company any of my money.

A temp ban was put on them for that.

Unreal. You"˜d almost have thought they got hacked by chinese exhaust copycats with fake redirects.

Nope, just went throug a drywall with an effin Abrams tank.

As stated above we are starting another round of pre-orders, these will be going out the same time all of our carbon parts go out. We know the Carbon has taken some time and we really appreciate the patience, these parts are lookin good though. This round of Pre-orders will include the carbon hat and bellypan, and we have reworked the y-pipe to resole some rubbing issues a few guys were having.

Here is a link to the store for you guys to check out https://www.redline-moto.com/product-p/superleggera-exhaust.htm

Feel free to email us with any questions at [email protected]

Really? That's about the 8th time today I've been taught a hard lesson; hatred and rage are all that matters. I've been as nice as I could muster except my parts being sent to the wrong house and such. Just got my Akrapovic today as with the money and time going into this build; I'm not willing to desperately pull this system away from my compression cartridge with a mounting system. Hadn't even asked for my money back, felt badly. Some guys my ... we ALL had serious issues right there. MATTER OF FACT my beloved bike has been off the road months it didn't have to be, because the ....... pipe hit the shock. Where did I go wrong? Oh yeah!!! Being considerate or accepting in any way I guess.

Hindsight being 20/20 I never would have walked into a Ducati dealer.

Thanks again.

Can't believe anyone gave these guys money. Nobody to blame but yourselves IMO...

Hard lessons learned, apparently.

You are 100% right. If it's too good to be true, it probably is.

That being said, after a hard canyon ride I'm not seeing any evidence of the shock interfering with the heat shield. I still just don't like how this company has conducted themselves. Something tells me if these systems catastrophically fail there won't be a company to hold accountable in a few months time.

I really wanted this exhaust to be good.

Just seems to me like a great concept but no real R&D. Lets just stick a straight through pipe on and hope it works.

Buy cheap, buy twice

I'm not really too disappointed for the price. The carbon fiber mount helped some of the fitting issues other ones remain. I'm going to contact them to see what this reworked Y-pipe is suppose to fix. Before I fix the issues myself.

I've been riding now with the new heat shield, the temporary mount was just garbage.

When I first contacted them about fitment issues they seemed helpful and gave me some things to check. I was telling them what needed to happen to make this stuff fit and was met with the typical "did you try unplugging it" responses. As we went back and forth the replies started getting shorter and less helpful until I was told basically it is what it is. So Yeah....not a good way to grow a reputation for a company.

When they first launched their website it didn't have anything about fitment issues. Then people started having issues so instead of going back and figuring things out they just put disclaimers on their website. If they had these up from the beginning I would have looked elsewhere.

That being said, Mine fits-ish. Doesn't look bad, especially with the belly pan now installed. It does feel cooler on the old ...-o-meter. and the engine seem to cool off quicker going from a stop. Sorry no empirical data just IMO.

Also, What did I miss on this spamming thing? Are we considering their update posts in this thread spamming? Asking for a friend :)

Absolutely shocking that a "business" would do that, they have a thread about their exhaust... Plug it in there and move on. 100% shows you what kind of people you are dealing with. I am still shocked at how people continually seek out "cheaper" exhausts options like any of these smaller companies really have the resources to produce competitive products. JM2C

SO, ran into a problem with installing the exhaust. They had the exhaust mounted to a racing subframe. With the heat shield and the position of the exhaust, there is no way the exhaust would mount unless I change to a racing subframe. The cheapest alternative would be to cut the exhaust, reweld it and add spacers between the subframe and the heat shield. I will upload photo later in the installation. Still waiting for the welder replay to see when he can have it done for me.

So many dramas for the sake of fashion. The mufflers down low on the Panigale are designed to assist with handling by keeping weight low.

I purchased the Akra Evo system back in 2014 and it was easy to fit except for one bolt and came with great instructions, ceramic paste etc. It has been trouble free and excellent build quality. Yes it was expensive but you get what you pay for. Akra system or Termi is the way to go with Panigales IMHO.

Don’t buy this exhaust. They stopped responding to my issue about the carbon heat shield making the exhaust fit cocked! Don’t waste your money on this company! Worst purchase ever!! You get eBay quality for 2,800. If you don’t believe me then order it your self and find out!! I wish I never wasted my money on this exhaust! 2,800 is a lot of money for a whole bunch of BS!

Sorry I was going to buy the Redline exhaust. Then I kept hearing all the installation nightmare stories. I'm glad I went Vandemon

The vqndemon exhaust bracket is solid looking. My turn buckles kept snapping and the carbon heat shield makes it look like dog ........ .... why didn’t I know about vandemon before this horrible purchase.....
