Took to the track this weekend on my new V2. Dave Moss helped a great deal with suspension and tire set up. Had a ball and still have lots of room for improvement on my end. Next up is Sonoma raceway. Woohoo!

After I got the suspension dialed in she handled great. I hit the rev limiter hard one time which forced me to pay more attention to the tach. Seems I was between 8,000 to redline the whole time. Had good power and with the Supercorsa SPs she stuck to the tarmac really well. I was hitting right at 140 on the front straight at Thunderhill, and could have gone faster but I'm still learning the bike. Overall, really fun bike on the track!

Totally feel that. Once you're really in tune with the bike, you'll be able to tell where you are in the powerband just by the engine sound. I loved the SPs on my V4. Put SCs on my 899 and OMg they are FANTASTIC.

Any suggested settings for track use? Just got a V2 as dedicated track bike. Not sure what you weight but intersted in the Dave moss suspension settings
