Fork preload adjust?

Stupid question, is the big blue nut on top of the forks the preload adjustment? Manual is worthless! Says take it to dealer for adjustment. What a joke!

I saw one of video on youtube and was able to disconnect the plug for electronic connection, very much the same way if you did your own tail tide, same plug, you would able to access the twisting just like the preload adjustments

I would suggest put some painter tape around it so we don’t scratch the anodized blue on the fork

You can do it yourself the electronic connectors are easy to unplug and re-connect. FYI the nut is the same size as the front axle nut. I use a plastic sandwich bag to avoid marking up the nut or as mentioned painters tape would work.
