first of all, I wouldn't do it. You play with the geometry of the bike, so unless you are a suspension specialist (which I don't think, because you ask this question ), don't do it

Agreed, but you can make very minor adjustments if you really need to which I do not recommend at all (see previous post).
You can lower the forks in the triple tree a few MM(s) and the shock on the S and Speciala has ride height adjustment. Once again if you're not knowledgable in this area do not mess with the setup here.
Generally speaking if you raise the rear ride height and lower the front forks you'll get more weight on the front tire (and your hands) which can give you more front tire feel. The trade-off is less traction at the rear.
