Fuel pump relay removal to crank motor to build oil pressure

Bike has been sat up for a couple months. I want to crank the motor over for a few seconds to build oil pressure. Anyone know if pulling the fuel pump relay will still allow the bike to crank over?

Bike is a 22 V4S

The V4 engines will often not prime the oil pump on the starter after an oil change. Better to just start it, rather than cranking for a long time without oil pressure.
