No this was far from the limit, this was a quick ride I did at 2am to make sure my problem from the original post was fixed.

I got to that speed so quick I didn't expect it when I looked down. I do plan to do some top speed runs with my GPS....on an airstrip of course

No, I meant disconnecting the cables from the servo motor.

What I may need to do is to make sure the servo was left in the correct position so when it calibrates at start up its not confused.

While removing the cables I had to twist the servo some, so ill make sure its at the correct "home" position before next start up.

If this doesn't work then i'll reconnect the cables ...for now lol

Why did you need to disconnect the cables in the first place. Can't you just unplug and you're good to go? Did that on my previous Panigales.
