There’s also logistics to releasing the technical memo, like getting it translated into multiple languages accurately etc…my ex worked for PADI, the Scuba Diving Certification group, whenever technical instructions are created there is a huge process just in the translations and verify subject matter accuracy in the translations etc…I’d say more like 3 to 5 months if they have to make a technical instructions release.

Did you notice the reply just above yours? The update is released and available at dealers now. Just as Ducati promised it would be. Not 3-5 months.

Tune update took 10 minutes at my dealer yesterday, no drama, all's good now.

I called my dealer in Sanford FL today and they have no idea about the update! They also said the soonest they could get me in would be 26th. I'm pretty disappointed with the service there to be honest. They overfilled the bike on the first service and spilled oil over exhaust heat shields. I had to dump oil out and remove heat shields to clean.

I have a 2023 SFV4 coming soon and won't take delivery until Ducati provides a press release or companywide notification.

Now July 30th, has Ducati provided a solution for issue noted above on May 8th?

This issue has been resolved they came out with the update back in June you may want to reread the thread above where people are saying that they hat the ECU ref lashed and problem is gone.
