I agree, so much easier to see what you are working on. Looking at your storage mezzanine, may I suggest product that I used through out of my garage selling to utilize unused space.

If you get a chance, check out the garage I designed for the home I plan on having built. Slight changes have been made after doing some engineering analysis. My man cave is included as well.
Edit: Here are screen shots of the changes. I guess they are more major than minor. I really like what you have over there, though.
