GPS on the V2

Mounted a Tomtom to the bolt that holds the steering damper today. For the weekends off and riding arround the country I’m used to it on my other motorcycles, so I made a plug and play mount.

Used a 6 mm ram mount knob insted of the bolt for the steering damper.

This is the POV from the seat.

Used the Bluetooth plug under the front fairing because I don’t need that one. The ‘extra accessories’ plug I probably need for the DDA (in backorder).

The red/black and black cables are 12v. It turns on with ignotion.

How did you find out the wires for switched live?
Do you get an electronic copy of the user guide? If so, any chance I could snaffle a copy?

My V2 has arrived in the country and is having the mods I want before delivery for March 1-and reading the user guide would keep me busy till it turns up!

Meassuring the output with the switch on and off and assuming that the red and red/black lines are the correct ones. And they were.

Im hoping to buy/acquire a workshop manual at some point.
I’ll let you know when I get one.

Nice to see the dash with white on black-was going to ask if that was possible.

En hoe heb je dan aangesloten op die fiche? Bestaat er een adaptersetje ofzo? Zou idd wel handig zijn om mn tomtom op aan te sluiten? Ben niet echt de grootste elektrische technicus!
