Silly question but does the V2 have one headlight "on" in low beam mode and two in high beam or should both always be "on" no matter whether in low or hi? Also a little confused on the DRL operation and how that effects the headlights?

Yes, low beam is only one side. High beam is on a separate bulb on the other side. When the high beam is on, both bulbs light.
As for the DRL — if I remember correctly, they will dim when the low or high beams are on (if set to auto). Otherwise, the DRL will be brighter when the headlights are off. Might be misremembering some of this since I haven’t ridden all winter

Is there a way to make the DRL stay bright while turning the low/high beams on? Thanks
