Hello from Glendale

Picking a base model w/ABS on Sat. Want to get some pointers on delivery, what to looking for, any signs of problems, anything i should request from the dealer.

Any tips and suggestions would be appreciated

First Off, welcome and congrats on your purchase!! Second, ask for the Aero attachments. Some base owners got them others didn't. I got a set with my base. Several owners have had items vibrate loose and fall off (me included), so take a good look. Get the comfort seat, your ass will thank you lol. Beyond that, ride it and enjoy. Oh keep and eye on the oil level for the first 160ish miles.

Welcome!

I suggest getting him to set the suspension to "P".

Check the oil level regularly during run in, and if necessary top up.

And ride safe!!!!!

ProItalia. I understand they don't have the best prices, but considering it's a Ducati, best to have the dealer closest to home.

I find the guys from ProItalia to be awesome and helpful

as far as price i dont think they are off the mark at all personally, but the service and support over the past few years is worth it to me, i wouldnt go anywhere else

That's where I got mine for MSRP. They are great, unlike BH Ducati who tried to charge me a mark up. My bike is actually there now getting a clear bra put on.

It doesn't feel like you just got ass raped after the visit to the dealer. So that must be a good sign.

They don't pressure you in buying it. Ask for Rick and he will take good care of you. If your looking to get a Tricolore you may be out of luck. When I picked mine up there was only one more they were getting and that's it, but they did have the base and S.
