Just wanted to say hi and thank for the acceptance. I haven't had a Ducati for 20+ years, So I figured I'd by a 20+ year 1996 900 SS SP. 15K miles $2200.
Needed some love previous owner never had a chance to ride it as it developed a running issue and he let it sit.
Carbs were all plugged up and the gas in the tank had crystallized. I remedied all that and she runs like a champ on the IV bottle. I have a fuel pump coming and should have it tomorrow. Checked the belts and they are like new, flushed all the hydraulics and fresh oil. Will work on cosmetics next. Bodywork has a lot of garage rash and needs a good paint buff and correction. Carbon fenders will get a coat of clear too.
