I am seriously considering buying one, but am hesitant since I saw one with loose upper air intakes. Gave me a very sloppy impression. Can you deny that?

Are you talking about the x lite?

Yes, X802-RR Carbon

Ah. No problems with mine. I really like it, I find my self putting it on more often than my AGV Corsa. The only con I can think of is that the air intake could have been bigger.

After a year waiting for the skully high tech helmet just to find out it's not coming out, I went ahead and bought an AGV Pista GP

Shoei GT-Air in special edition colours. Fits like a dream, good ventilation and low wind noise - with the added benefit of having the awesome integrated SENA headset!

I've ordered the tricolore Corsair V and considering the gold shield. For some reason I think I'd love the gold on it, my wife thinks I'm nuts. What does anybody think?

I think you're nuts taking advice from your wife on MC related issues ; )

I just got this one in a 50% off deal, I have always had Arai.

Yea I tried on an AGV and it fit good but they didn't have the color I wanted. I just saw the new Italia color model available overseas and that's the one I want I posted above.

Not available yet. You guys should look at overseas websites besides championhelmets. Most of the time, they are the cheapest but I've purchased a lot of gear from Motorrad Helme, Motorradbekleidung, Jet Helme und Cross Helme im motoin Marken-Shop and some of their items are much much cheaper. They have the general prices listed on their site which includes VAT but once you create an account, you'll see the price not including VAT and that's the price you end up paying. Haven't had any customs issue with either site so far. However, lot of the new releases are usually cheaper on championhelmets though.

Lol, I usually only get then from overseas, I've had some bad experiences with champion helmets, I have a few different options. I've bought a few helmets, I've got it down

My message was definitely not for you since I highly doubt you need any buying tips. You must be trying to open up your own helmet shop at the rate you're going lol

That GP-R Rossi helmet is gorgeous! I think I'm done with helmets for now. I'm really eyeing that new MV Agusta Dragster RC for 2017. Gotta save my money for that and check it out in person when it releases in 2017 and see if I wanna buy. I love the new F3 800 RC model as well but I'd probably lean towards having a more upright ride instead of another sportbike but that discussion is for another thread.
