Hey from Ireland!

Hi guys, been reading the forum for a few months now and figured I should introduce myself! From Galway in the west of Ireland!

Have a Base 1199 w/ ABS ordered since October!!

Has anyone been given a date in the UK on base models? My dealer has no updates as of yesterday on a delivery, but has gotten a few S models...

There has been no official dealer in Ireland for a while now (new one opening this month) so I've ordered mine from the UK (Millsport Motorcycles in Ballymoney, NI).

Getting fairly impatient as I originally was told late Feb to mid March delivery, and took a fairly big financial hit on my beautiful 2009 repsol blade to get rid of her in time!

So, to keep my sanity, I indulged the child in me and picked up this little beauty 2 weeks ago, '98 RVF400RT NC35 (RC45 Replica). Have wanted one for years, I had planned on keeping it til the 1199 came but its so much fun I think I'll keep it forever!! Goes around corners like it's on train tracks!!!

That's a cool looking little bike! What does something like that cost? We don't have those available over the pond . .

hi i have a base with ABS on order i have been told my bike is due anytime i have done same as you and got rid of my ducati and paid in full for the 1199 but the wait i now bugging me a bit also my termis have not turned up yet but they are no good without a bike, Cracking little Honda BTW

I was told yesterday that 110 std abs bikes were being shipped to uk in April
Dont know how many at a time though and suppose some will actually arrive early May if shipped end of month
