Pretty sure these decoration threads are generally a visual thing.

Are you really looking to save weight with the expectation that it will translate into a performance benefit with these mods or is it more of a visual thing?

Any issues with the gas cap leaking or keeping the tank pressurized?
No issues with cap leaking at all.
oooooh, the inspection cover bolts really look better than the stock bolts for sure.

If you had to put a sum to all the Ti bolts you've bought, where would you stand at this point?
I havent added up the weight savings as of now. But once done I will put the bike on a scale.

Absoultey I need to save every gram off the bike I can. Ive already put myself on a strict no carb diet. I try to wear thinner socks whenever I ride hopefully that translates to those extra tenths from light to light.

Ha excellent, I might suggest you go with the old school plastic valve stem caps. Def lighter than aluminum. That will give acceleration and turn in a big boost for sure.

I love all the Ti jewelry!

With all the weight you have saved, you can upfit your DRLs with Swarovski crystals for our and your viewing pleasures

on a serious note, one thing I’m waiting for is the R8 style DRL that have amber integrated for turn signals. I believe they’re called switchbacks

The DRL's aren't that visible on a V4. Not sure the switchback idea would work that well.

More Ti diet
I decided to go with the Podium racing for the fairings bolts so I can still use allen keys. Went with black to keep the factory look.

Nice choice of Fairing Bolts HKMP7, Discreet yet better then factory.
I ordered (experimenting) Titanium Silver color and will order the Gold Color to compare which one looks better, I hope I don't find them not matching the red paint,
that would force me to buy another set in black :p

Do you have a link to those fairing bolts? Their website (at least on mobile) is horrible. Cant see the full descriptions.

I sent him a email because he only had the 4 screws for the batter cover listed.

DP Racing Seat
The design of the factory seat leaves a lot to be desired. I'm not sure why it has a lower part on the front of the seat. This "nut pocket" is super uncomfortable so I had to change it. My local Ducati shop had both the comfort seat and racing seat in stock. So after comparing them I decided to go with the racing seat because its not much firmer than the factory seat. It has textured grip panels on the sides and softer grip material in the center. The red deviated stitching is a nice touch. So killed 2 birds with 1 stone looks awesome and performs much better.

Great seat, same one I have. I wish it had the ... hump in the back like the Race Seat design. I kinda like the built in seat belt effect but the foam fell apart pretty quick. Im hoping at some point someone makes a nice carbon tray seat with the quality of the DP seat and the ... hump.
