HM sent out a new unit to replace the faulty one I had fitted, but I'm unable to access the setting menu to change from 'compression' to 'extension' setting and also reduce the sensitivity a little.
Following the instructions:
I'm holding the lever down and get the 5-4-3-2-1-0 and release on 0 which should access the setting menu, but instead I get a reverse count 1-2-3-4-5 and then shows CA (which believe is the unit calibrating) followed by 'r2' (no idea) then goes to normal screen showing 65% sensitivity.
I've been at this an hour now and just can't access the menu. Any ideas? Am I doing something wrong here?
