how to hang off

Kope, you are looking better, square and off the side. To achieve getting lower is ALL mental. I am your size. I said it before, and I'll repeat, you MUST do a trackday at 70% pace to make it muscle memory, you will NEVERRRRRRRRRR, keep your chest on the tank and head at the mirror at your normal pace. Survival instinct kicks in and you'll sit up wher you feel safe and things look familiar. Cruise a track and do the following every turn;
Get your outside arm perfectly parallel to the ground (nit the bike or your impression of your body)and locked against the side of the tank. now swing your torso to the inside, keeping your forearm parallel to the ground and locked to the side of the tank, with your outside elbow acting like a hinge. This will by default put your chest on the tank while keeping your shoulders square. Practice it on the stands alot, then at the track riding SLOW, because the track will be unrecognizable atr your new vantage point.
Lastly, you are not going to overload the front wheel. All the mass will be over the middle of the bike. This position works for every racer on the planet without overloading the front wheel. Besides, if you do overload the front wheel I am certain you will sit up REALLY quick, its what we do while saying OHHHHH F$%K
