I have done some mods to my Tri including putting smog block off plates on and plugging the hoses. also a Bazz computer. Now the idle speed will not return to 1500 for a couple of seconds (10-15). It stays a 2500 then after 15 sec drops down to 1500. Anybody else have a problem like this?

It works a lot better now. but that is not the problem the problem is the return to 1500 idle it lags at 2500 for 10-15 sec then drops down
Yes I have the self tuner connected but I disconnected it after I gathered enough info after four runs of over 45 min each.
