Installing termignoni full system on my tricolore

Some additional notes to help those considering doing an install themselves:
I installed my full system on my Tricolore, and to me the key was to loosely install all the components BEFORE tightening anything down. Find a 10mm that is combined in a single item with a universal (it is much more compact than using a separate socket and universal) and life is much easier in regards to tightening the six manifold nuts. Once all the pieces are together tighten the head to manifold nuts first, and then the silencer mounts. Be sure to use brand new exhaust gaskets - the last thing you want to do is repeat this whole process because of an exhaust leak!! In regards to the Y pipe fitment issues, I found that "gently" squeezing the pipe with channel lock pliers (it is not a perfect circle) to get it closer to round allowed it to slide right in. Assemble the heat shield on the bracket before mounting on the sub frame (you will also still have the side mount screw which attaches to the pipe - watch it closely at first as it will loosen and fall off), and use high temp locktite on the bracket screws - the suckers vibrate loose, and you will have to detach the sub frame and mess with the whole thing again otherwise. I also removed a whole lot more components than you did it appears. I found with the radiator and fan completely off, as well as anything that began to get in the way made the whole process more straightforward and less aggravating in general. Plan on changing your spark plugs while in there - it won't get much easier than right now! Have a vacuum and brush handy to clear out all the road debris you will find under the rear manifold on top of the case. Needless to say, it adds some additional time to the process, but then again, I enjoy working and learning about the bike.

How did you fasten the heat wrapping at the ends...tie wire or hose clamps..?

Thank you very much for the great pictures!! Impressive: You did the job without removing the wheels. I know how you felt sometimes.
I use "anti seize compound" like loctite when mounting hot motorcycle parts since the last two decades. I never encountered problems anymore with threads.
