as this drags on it is looking more likely. if it does happen ducati has to sign iaonne as he is the only one that has won on the ducati.

Dall'Igna stated that he is not too confident that Dovi will be a Ducati rider in 2019.

is this a strategy saying that? if Dovi goes what happens to the ducati progress?

I want to see Chaz on the new V4 in World SuperBike. Johnny Rea is incredibly fast and he seems really smart as a racer. That would certainly be interesting if Rea got pulled to MotoGP. Dovi's wreck with J-Lo and Pedrosa last weekend simply made me cringe.

Why would Ducati let Dovi go, unless his manager is demanding a similar wage to Lorenzo? He showed he was competitive on the bike last year, unfortunately Honda have moved the game on over the winter and its a big gap to bridge for the rest of the field.

The new RCV is even making Crutchlow look good, my mum could ride it and finish in the points. :D

Dovi is not going anywhere, they cannot let him leave and he knows that. He is jsut making sure he gets every last penny out of Claudio

It's never going to happen in 1000000000 years, but .... I'd love to see what Marques could do on it.

I don't see Dovi leaving. He and Ducati will ultimately come to a deal - he looks like their best shot for a title this decade. Jorge already seems to have one foot out the door. isn't the factory squad looking at Jack?

Monster announced they are out with tech 3 KTM, that leaves whoregay with monster backing , to go to Suzuki, at which point it is going to be Miller or Ionnone to Ducati to fill the empty seat, I would like to see Miller. The kid is looking good.

I would like to see Jack at the factory too! :D

Dovi will stay . . . .

Ducati is not stupid, Dovi is just making sure they finally pay him what he's worth, as no other options are - or will be - as consistent.

Jorge on the other hand, that stock is set on 'sell'! His mental levels are only degrading now since dumbly leaving Yamaha (suited him), and I think he's on the Sete Gibernau sliding slump towards a 3-4 year final exit.

I always thought that Ducati should've tapped hard for Vinales before Yamaha renewed. Iannone will assuredly be able to jump right on, but the crashes and consistency (and cont. dev amplification w Dovi) will sting.
So I'd snag Petrucci; or early tap Baldassarri from Moto2.
