I started pulling my bike apart must admit it's a more time consuming bike than the 1299 but it's a new bike and I don't know it yet .
I will leave the radiator out till my exhaust arrives as well for the installation.
Good luck with the instal let us all know how you go .

Ducati dealership is doing the install. They got quoted 8 hours labour by corporate... So yes its definitely extensive.

Ouch! Okay so X$ for the full system and updated body parts plus the install, that's going to be what in CAD$?

Also if you don't mind get a sound clip in with the stock exhaust so you can compare it and share it with us :) Please...

Canadian you're probably looking at $5600 for the exhaust, 8 hours x $135 labour, belly pan around $300, carbon mudguard for full exhaust around $500, plus tax. So around $7480 plus tax. So around $8k all in.

I'll see what I can do with the sound clips... But there are many online and I doubt my phone microphone is any better than those existing videos.

This is very helpful information for us Canadians! Thank you.

So you could get the V4 and the updated exhaust and its necessary add-ons and the price would basically come up to what it would cost to buy a V4S.

Obviously this goes out the window if you must have the updated exhaust LOL.

Congrats !! I literally just cancelled my full Akra exhaust today when I picked my bike up, partially because of how long it's taking to arrive.

The DNA rep was there today and tried to explain that the delay is partly because each system is hand built and welded, also that Speciales have priority.

My tech was saying 10hrs labor ugh, at $115/hr I think. And that if you install the system your self it voids the warranty SMMFH lol.

Needless to say, I told them to still order the system so that they'd have it ...just in case lol

DNA is footing the bill for my full exhaust and labour, so I can't complain.

I saw the shipping label on the box... It was shipped express to my dealer. Inside the box was a "customer appreciation" certificate, with my name, bike details (model, year, VIN, etc) and instructions for the dealer to attach the work order for all parts and labour to mail back to Ducati corporate to get reimbursed. Looks really cool. They really know how to take care of their customers.
