Saw 15 degrees on Saturday, so thought I'd make the most of it before the weather really turns.

220 miles of quiet twisty dry roads!

No rear tyre left, and wont be replacing it till next year!

Nice photos. Your bike is making me think a nice base or S in red would make a lot more sense than the cost of the Tricolore. I need to see them all in the flesh but I like the wheels on yours. Which Loch is that, by the way?

Loch Fyne, looking over to Inveraray: Here's the exact location of the pic: http://goo.gl/maps/L4cyY

Nice pix.... Can you keep up with that Repsol???

As "sensible" road riders, we're quite evenly matched, except the Repsol seems quicker on the sweepers, while I'm quicker on the twistys. Put that down to riding style. It's the old "the guy in front always seems to hold you up"!

For some reason, I get over 36mpg when I'm out with it, where as I'm around 32 on my own.

Don't get a Tricolore

....R or base....

S is more for vanity than performance. I have an "S" I want an R next year All the S has is the LED lights which IMHO look 30x better than the base unit. Ohlins isnt that much better & if you want Ohlins pay for some good R&T's ... That being said If I can get my hands on a Senna "S" all bets are off.

Where in Chi ?

I am selling my '12 ABS S soon about 4k miles all stock except for some Sato sliders..
